Luke Skywalker is a historical figure in Star Wars: Legacies of the Galaxy. Skywalker was born in the year 19 BBY to fallen Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and Galactic Senator Padme Amidala following his father's transformation into the Sith, Darth Vader. Left with neither parent, Luke was raised on the desert planet Tatooine for the first 19 years of his life by his aunt and uncle, Beru and Owen Lars. In the year 0 BBY, Skywalker's life changed forever when he crossed paths with two droids, C-3PO and R2-D2, whom had the plans to the Galactic Empire's new terror weapon; the Death Star. After losing his family, Skywalker trained as a Jedi Padawan under Obi-Wan Kenobi breifly before the latter's death at the hands of Vader. After rescuing Princess Leia Organa of Alderaan with the help of the smugglers Han Solo and Chewbacca, Skywalker joined the Alliance to Restore the Republic and blew up the Death Star during the Battle of Yavin.
